Service Description

Nature Babies is a beautiful relaxed class outdoors in nature. Come along to connect with your baby, yourself and other parents. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the nature sounds, watch the birds, bees and butterflies and take some time out of the hustle and bustle. Session includes: Mindful walk, sit spot, connecting with our breath, a nature activity, chance to chat with a focus on how you are doing/feeling, a nature story/poem and we finish with a moment of gratitude. Sessions are open to children under 5 at the moment whilst I see what works best and the ticket price is for one unit (so parent/s and their child/children). Sessions will take place in most weathers unless the conditions are too icy/windy/torrential rain. I have a plan b for a more sheltered spot when raining. So please be prepared to come dressed for the weather for you and your child!
