Introducing the VIP, 1:1, bespoke, full Hypnobirthing course delivered by me in the comfort of your home (or via zoom or at a separate venue) with you and your birth partner. Approx 10 hours split across 5 sessions or in a way that suits your lifestyle. 8 Hours of Hypnobirthing plus Postnatal planning. I only have one spot available each month for a VIP client as I want to make sure I can give you that extra attention you deserve. You will receive a brilliant Hypnobirthing handbook as well as some other goodies too plus access to the relaxation mp3s and lots of other useful information and handouts. What will you learn? ​- Understanding the process of labour and birth - How the body and the mind work together - Creating a safe space for labour and birth - What to expect - routine procedures and making informed decisions - Coping with the unexpected - The role of the birth partner - Birth plans and communicating with your caregiver - Powerful hypnobirthing techniques - Breathing exercises - Deep relaxations - Visualisations - Positive affirmations Once the course is over you will have time to practise the relaxations and visualisations and really get an idea of how you would like your birthing environment to be and therefore help you focus on that positive birth. I am still on hand after the course to answer questions etc and as a VIP you have extended access to me.
